When I was first contacted I spoke to a man named "Rodney". This person called me several times. I was a little uneasy about using this company because Rodney called the morning of our appointment at 9:00 a.m. and asked did I have an appointment today. I said yes we do at 3:00 p.m. THen he asked what service it was I needed.... this is all stuff we had previousl discussed. So now I was not very confident the technician was even going to show up because it seemed like this person wasn't very organized. However, when the technician go there he was on time and knowledgable about the sump pump I needed. He also recommended I get some new PVC piping. He came back the next day because he didn't have the PVC piping in the work truck. He came back and finished the job in about 30 minutes. He (Mike) did a good job and didn't make a mess of my basement.
