| Initially I called another contractor. They charge if they have to bring the heater down steps, and their prices were OUTRAGEOUS. So I called someone else, the person I spoke with really didn't seem to know what he was talking about. We called another contractor. The man they sent was not a master plumber,he didn't know their license # or even if they were registered with the better business bureau. Yet, he wanted to see all of my home(possible thief). I went with Hometown because they use only master plumbers and Charlie knew exactly what was wrong, and what to do to maintain my new heater. A-1 service |
