Overall, the service has been very professional, and among contractors it's very rare. I am a real estate investor working in baltimore, have rehabbed four properties and have worked with a lot of contractors. Bradis Construction has been by far the most professional. The quality of work is very good and its done on time. They gutted a rowhome for me and then pretty much built a new house on the inside of the brick structure, including the roof. They are not the cheapest, but from experience I learned that you want to avoid working with the cheapest contractor. .
