very nice to deal with but did not analyzise the job properly resulting in more holes made in the ceiling. holes not patched neatly and did not offer tp paint since there were more holes than originally stated.
cleaned up nicely after work was finished.
again, very polite and nice to deal with.

HVAC was extremely flexible with the time slot to do the work. They arrived on time and immediately set to work. They had to leave at one point for more tools, but that was the only challenge. The guys were competent and cleaned up after themselves, inside and outside of the home.
