He was a little late, but he called beforehand to let me know, so communication was good. He helped me diagnose the problem. Seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend AREA to others.

Mr. Kaski & his crew were true professionals, as well as polite & friendly. They came when they said the would and stayed late to get the job done in my 3 day perimeter. I am very pleased with the work they did and with their clean up afterwards. Very trustworthy and competent.

We were very pleased with the structural engineering work performed in our home by AREA.

We had a bothersome slope in our floor and had Greg Kaski inspect the problem. He diagnosed it and designed an engineering solution. The job involved lifting three floors and the roof in addition to the installation of beams and columns. Greg walked me through the math and gave me confidence the repair would be done properly.

Greg’s father, Ken, and brother, Daryl both worked on the job. They have a great deal of experience in building and do high-quality work.

Greg has job pictures and my contact info if you'd like to hear more.
