He came prepared with the product addressing how his product would solve our problem. Another person had visited an hour before, was late, and didn't seem to know the type of product John had suggested to me. This second person had to call to have someone call us with an estimate later in the day. John had all the information for us at the time of his visit; we agreed to his price and product. He said he would return the next day to install it. We received a confirmation of the time that afternoon.
