I highly recomend Bartlett Exteriors for any Exterior work you may need, I live in a 20 year old townhome I bought as is. Over those 20 years no one ever took care of the wood molding the surounds the 1st and 2nd floor windows and the wood sofet on the 2nd floor overhang. Thus, it was very rotten and it was actualy leaking. Bartlet came to do the estimate and quoted a price that was much lower then I expected so I went ahead and replaced the front siding with vinal as well (It was alunimum and was also not in great shape). For both jobs I still paid a very reasonable rate and the quality of workmenship is excellent. They replaced the rotten wood and covered all the wood surfaces with Vinal. I basicly have an entirely new front facade and it looks great. I can not say again I paid much less then I expected for this job and I am so impressed with the quality of workmanship. I will use bartlett again when I eventualy replace the siding in the back of the house.
