Very professional approach, came prepared with scope of work, contract, costs, time line, and demonstrated interest in doing the work. Creative, helped with architectural drawings, hand crafted parts of the project to solve design issues, excellent problem solving skills. Kept within the budget. Cleaned the construction area daily. Honest, met all city codes, no shortcuts. Very pleasing personalities, easy to work with. I am very happy with the finished project. Friends have admired the design and workmanship. Refinish Wood Flooring in 21204
The work, when finally completed, looks fine. There were some glitches that had to be worked out along the way. Some of the wooden threshholds and the quarter-round that were installed were not up to our expectations. Happily, Ken had his crew replaced everything that we weren't pleased with and we were very satisfied with the final product. Ken seems to go out of his way to keep his customers happy and we appreciated the effort.
