This company did an excellent job, work-wise. I was NOT happy, however, that the final cost exceeded the original quote that I received by more than $3000. This was attributed to the fact that the company decided to manually dig the pond site instead of subcontracting the work to an excavator --- thus driving up the labor costs and passing this to me!!!!! Not good business practice!!
