The work, when finally completed, looks fine. There were some glitches that had to be worked out along the way. Some of the wooden threshholds and the quarter-round that were installed were not up to our expectations. Happily, Ken had his crew replaced everything that we weren't pleased with and we were very satisfied with the final product. Ken seems to go out of his way to keep his customers happy and we appreciated the effort.

They were professional, on time, and courteous. The owner personally came out to oversee the work being done. They went above and beyond the call of duty . . . since I had 2 bad prior experiences trying to get my newly stained floors to match older floors, they took pictures and emailed me snapshots throughout the course of the day to provide me a level of comfort throughout the process. Additionally, they moved my furniture and didn't seem to have a problem with that additional responsibility.
